Non-Sufficient Funds each item (NSF) = $25.00
Stop Payment = $15.00
Collection Fee (outgoing) = $5.00
Deposited checks (and other items) returned unpaid = $2.00
Garnishments/Executions/Levies = $25.00 plus legal fees incurred
Account Research per hour (1 hr minimum) = $25.00 + $1.00 per copy
Account Balancing Assistance per hour (1hr minimum) = $25.00
Items returned and recleared = $2.00 each
Account inquiries in excess of 3 per cycle = $2.00
Photocopies = Customer $.15 Non-Customer = $.25
